Hello all you lovely peoples out in internet land! How's tricks?
As some (or at least one) of you may know, I got married in December. Things had been hectic up til that point (with the organizing, and the fact that we'd bought our own place in early feb) so I'd let a lot of things slide that weren't crucial. But now I seem to be starting to have a leetle more time, and maybe I should do something constructive once and a while.
I haven't really written much in ages, and I think my language skills are suffering because of it.
So that's it really, a little news, and a commitment to use this LJ for more than just commenting in other people's journals.

Well, for anyone who still cares if I'm alive or not, things have been kinda hectic.
My job's going really well, I'll be a second year apprentice next month, with all the pay and prestige that offers, ie not much. But still more than I'm getting now.
I've been pulling a lot of night shifts lately, which is hard, but the pay does make a difference. I just wish that they'd work out where they want me to work, before they send me to a job site.
Ah well, them's the breaks.
Life has also started to get interesting again. I'm seeing someone new, and she's wonderful. Just like me, really, except in the interesting ways. ;9 I'm such a hopeless romantic. She says she wants to marry me, and I just hope she still feels that way after we've been going out for a while.
Heh, the Ironic thing is I've known her for years, and she says that she's had a crush on me for that long, and I never knew. Which is funny, because 6 months ago, my ex
dettrax claimed that "I was seeing some girl that was trying to get into my pants while we were going out", and I only started seeing my darling hell_kitty_cat a month ago. Apparently, my ex is prescient. I'd tell her, but I'm sure she already knows... XDSo that's the big stuff for the last few months, oh except that I totalled my car, and only just got a reliable replacement, but that's not really important in the scheme of things.
